Designed especially for first-time EF Girl Scout Group Leaders, you'll join experienced group leaders and EF staff in Paris or Rome for a free training seminar. In addition to discovering the secrets of leading a successful tour abroad, we’ll explore the best of these cities.

Training tours include round-trip airfare, hotel accommodations, select meals, the seminar, sightseeing, and an EF Tour Director who is with you throughout your stay.

How to qualify:
  • You must be a first-time EF Group Leader, leading an international EF educational tour or EF tour for Girl Scouts.
  • For our Free International Training Tour, you must have at least six paying travelers enrolled on an international tour and be traveling as the group leader.
  • Submit the enrollment form below, noting your preferred destination. Available places on each training tour are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note: Training tours are not available for both a troop leader and a co-leader. We recommend the training tour for the leader who is planning and organizing the trip to help better prepare her for the upcoming tour.

No guests are allowed to travel with you on a Free International Training Tour.
