When Group Leaders feel confident and prepared, they have the best experience possible with students. We want that for you, which is why we’ll train you for free in Paris, Rome, Madrid, Berlin or Beijing when you enroll just six students on your first tour.

On the training tour you’ll travel with other first-time Group Leaders and learn best practices from EF staff and experienced Group Leaders. It’s important to us that you’re excited, inspired and prepared—that’s why we invest so much in every teacher.
