We want to ensure all of our new group leaders are prepared before taking their students abroad. That’s why we send every new EF Group Leader on a Free International Training Tour to Paris, Rome or Beijing.

You’ll experience a tour before taking your students abroad, meet other new group leaders and gain valuable advice from experienced group leaders and EF staff.

Free International Training Tours include round-trip airfare, hotel accommodations, select meals, training seminar, sightseeing, and an EF Tour Director who is with you throughout your stay.
